i think it may be time for a bulking phase. been on this cutting phase for 6-7 weeks. results are cool but i wish there was more definition in my abs. whatever tho.

Well, a bulk is going to add more fat around your abs in the short term, your upper body and lower body will fill out more in the process. With shirts on you'll look bigger, with your shirt off you'll have some fat until you do another cut.

If you want more definition to your abs you have to hit them harder, start hitting them every 2 days and doing planks everyday.

I have a hip fracture so it's been difficult to do most core/ab exercises. I won't even front, I've been slacking and just relying on my diet to get me slimmer in my core area :guilty:

Figure out the core/ab exercises you can do, and do them. It's going to take you longer than 6 weeks to get the results you want. Stay the course.

24g of protein in each scoop, 77 servings per 5lb tub.
Eat 3 egg whites in the am (21g) w/ some oatmeal (5g)
1 can of tuna (26g), tuna is cheap as hell.
Go to publix & get some chicken breast(25g). They normally come 3 in a pack, so that's 3 days worth of meat(pause).
:laff: YOOOOOOOO that line had me falling out my computer chair, that shyt was mad random and funny as hell.

Work them out breh, get an ab roller and go to work. When I was younger I had an ab cruncher and would lay on my floor watching TV and doing crunches non-stop pretty much nightly.
