i think it may be time for a bulking phase. been on this cutting phase for 6-7 weeks. results are cool but i wish there was more definition in my abs. whatever tho.

Go to publix & get some chicken breast(25g). They normally come 3 in a pack, so that's 3 days worth of meat(pause).

Work them out breh, get an ab roller and go to work. When I was younger I had an ab cruncher and would lay on my floor watching TV and doing crunches non-stop pretty much nightly.
