I still have a stomach and I have abs

I never do situps or crunches

when you lift, especially with correct form you have to always engage your abs. The tighter you hold your core the more your body is balanced for the lift( ex- doing hammer curls)

instant oatmeal + milk (3 packs of the Quaker brand)

or

met-rx big 100 protein bar for breakfast

3 or 4 chicken breasts for lunch

3 or 4 chicken breasts for dinner or a 7oz steak with a chicken cesear salad

i dont usually have sides with em

lots of Naked granola crunch (vanilla) and Mr. Planters almonds

wanna take a trip on the wildside, an old wrestling snack i used to make

peanut butter
toast or english muffin(toasted)
2-3 slices canadian bacon
2 apple slices

that shyt goes hard :lift: protein packed and alittle under 500 calories

no situps or crunches.. but after working out.. I hit the thing that holds you up by your elbows and lift my legs (then kick them out).

Do as many as a can. It's simple and it works for me.

The muscle was always there, he just decided to cut weight/fat.

And 19lbs in two months works out to about 2.4lbs lost per week, which is definitely possible.

im calling a cycle unless he was just overly bloated in that first pic :skip: im guessing he was holding significant water
