Doing steady state right after hiit is the best combo...I do these on ab days and I lift weighs 3 days a week separately...I like to keep lifting and cardio separate to maximize each one

I've been reading up on how to obtain abs, abs myths, ab diets, etc

Breh, how is this shyt possible brehs?? ...

Seriously, how is obtaining abs trough negative caloric intake possible if you don't have an eating disorder or something?
Drinking more water throughout the day helps.

You are going to get hungry. Spreading your eating into smaller meals helps. So, taking in six smaller meals throughout the day that equals 1500 calories instead of three meals that equals 1500 calories is better.

It's tough. You have to discipline yourself. It is easier to maintain weight than it is to lose weight. All the fat people on Biggest Loser have to suffer hunger. It's a mental challenge maintain your daily caloric intake for weight loss, when you are starvin like a Marvin.
I lost 17 pounds last year. But then I gained back 10. :( I workout regularly and try to eat right. I've recently changed it up with more protein intake. I don't really want to report on that because I've only completed one day of that, so far.

I would just lift heavy breh and go heavy on the abs and make sure you tighten your abs with every rep. The P90x ab workout would be best for you though.


I m not there yet but I m slowly geting there :manny:

I did HIIT on the bycicle machine and the elyptical and didn't even know it.

Was googling some fitness tips and found out that I was doing that shyt the whole time.
