17% bodyfat is not going to show abs eat healthy cut out bread soda sugar. Ab supersets 3x per week with 15 minutes high intensity interval plus 15 minutes steady state for 30 minutes total and make sure your really huffing and puffing during your intense intervals.

Looks alright. I'd personally like to see you add a couple servings of vegetables:smile: ..broccoli, kale, spinach..some leafy green. Also, on your ab "off" days, throw in a minute or two plank. Since it's a static hold, it's not as damaging and can be done everyday if you want. Finally, do HIIT + steady state cardio.

I went hard on the bike machine for 25 minutes. That good enough or na? Completed 8 miles within that time. The resistance setting was on 15/20 for some of the time while the rest of the time I was on about setting 7. Regardless of the resistance tho I managed to maintain an rate of about 105rpm

Definitely finished drenched in swear and panting. Legs feel good today too

Would the bike workout I did count as HIIT

If you went balls to the wall for a minute to 3 minutes then dialed it back for a minute then repeated that pattern for 15 minutes then its hiit. Can be done with anything that would bring heart rate to high level treadmill bike box jumps jumprope burpees. What I do on treadmill now is 10.5 for two minutes then put it on 3 for 1 minute and repeat then when 15 minutes are up I go a normal pace on elliptical for 15 minutes steady state cool down
