I don't believe this is true. Black women are women so they're naturally going to be submissive to men. That characteristic is further amplified when you have a black girl with a low self-esteem meet a closeted racist white guy. In this particular situation this makes the black girl more susceptible to the whole ghetto gaggers bs that happens in the bedroom. Black men are socially programmed to be strong and aggressive and less likely to participate in that shyt.
You also have a ton of articles and videos by black women bloggers and vloggers on 'how to get a white man' or 'how to date a white man'. You never hear that shyt from black men.

I currently stay in a middle to upper class neighborhood which most of yall know that by now. With my current job, I deal with the general public most of the time and when it comes to interracial couples, most times I see black and latin men with fat white women and these arent the Deshawns and Jose from the hood, these are decent looking, articulate, well to do men with overweight white women
Now I'm not too familiar with my latin brehs but im pretty sure these black men i see at my job wouldnt be caught dead with a black woman the same size as these women. And stop it with the fat black equivalent to fat white women are all single moms with hair hats

I don't know. Anyway I don't think you need any tips to meet black women seeing as they are women just like other women, unless you don't consider them to be.
Either way, I don't think i can help seeing as i am in the UK and American women may be different.
