I went thru the last 10 pages. Excellent progress dude. I also agree re: military/shouder press about trying to have your elbows forward more. It also helps to clench your ass cheeks together, keep abs tight, etc. solid core goes a long way here as the foundation for the lift.
Also have you ever considered getting a pair of one of those $40 skeletoe shoes? When people wear the typical bubble heel track shoes, some of your force gets wasted as you drive upwards in the lift like in squats or deadlifts
i have chuck taylors for when i squat/deadlift
shoulda worn them, but i didnt
i also have a pair of wrestling shoes from when i wrestled that i use time to time(flat incompressible sole)
whats funny is that me shaking has alot to do with me trying to brace everything, im gonna deload anyways because i want my form crisp and im not gonna rush OH Press
