on the bright side i crushed 160lb bench and row for reps(5x5) new personal records(reps) on both
new 1RM is getting ever so close to 200
completed weighted dips and chinups but the last reps were killin me
did 3x5 95lb ez bar curls tho
only one true failure and i still feel i have room to push forward, the question is can I manage this with school. Yet to be seen
clearly see separations in my legs right now as well as back/shoulders, weight was 153.5 this morning 165 might be a stretch but its still the current goal weight
