failed badly on 115 OHP :to:

on the bright side i crushed 160lb bench and row for reps(5x5) new personal records(reps) on both

new 1RM is getting ever so close to 200

completed weighted dips and chinups but the last reps were killin me :why:

did 3x5 95lb ez bar curls tho :ld:

only one true failure and i still feel i have room to push forward, the question is can I manage this with school. Yet to be seen

clearly see separations in my legs right now as well as back/shoulders, weight was 153.5 this morning :ehh: 165 might be a stretch but its still the current goal weight

the physical wear from PHAT is starting to get to me again :why:

debating copping ibuprofen, pants starting to get tight around thighs :sadbron:(waist the same though :ehh:)

i can see my size gains right now and measure them(shoulders increased by an inch since starting, arms about 1/4 inch, chest inch)

PHAT really works but got damn shyt its like having 2 jobs :to:

whats the deal with mirror appearance anyway. The god be lookin big in the mirror in the arm area but when i look straight at my arms sometimes they look kinda skinny still.

Likewise...legs be lookin :gag: in the mirror and :ehh: straight eye tto leg.

Def take vids of the press. If you aren't already, make sure you take a deep breath, then flex glutes/quads right before your press. Also look up "so you think you can bench" by dave tate on youtube if you haven't seen it yet.

re: press. I think you gotta try and stay tighter than you are. Hard to tell from the angle, but you may want to try and get your elbows a bit more forward as well.

re: pendlays. Arch upper back and try not to let your knees bend imo.

that weight felt like i could collapse under it :to: the shaking was me straining everything to push, considering how difficult 115 was im still shocked i finished 120 the way i did

i do agree that i need my elbows further forward than i do, but the problem is the bar rolls up my palm too much and i get wrist strain. right now its directly on the wrist(base of palm) with my fingers all the way around the bar hitting my palm. I might deload and try and fix it

I watched the vids on mute the first time and missed the WOOOOOs lmaooo. swag. Just make sure you are pushing your stomach out and flexing lower body so you don't mess your back up with the lay-back.
