Hey MMS can we get a thread re: intermediate fat loss? I'm now down at like the 15% range and i dont know what more i can do diet wise
reduce your ratio to 15/1 or better yet 12/1
start doing intermittent fasting(16/8)
there isnt much else to it, the lower you go the more protein/fat you should take in. considering fat is invariably tied to protein, the higher the protein youre taking in odds are the fat will increase too(as well as a significant decrease in carbs)
