i wont lie, ive been following my cutting method and im definitely still losing fat but my weight is staying right around 150-153 :leon:

dont quite understand it but im not too upset, maybe genetics taking over :shaq: been doing pyramid sets(burnouts) of hip pushups/inverted rows at the end of my workout. been hitting everything one day then hit again every other day. so far so good :whew:

that shyt happened to me towards the end of my 4 month cut, decided to just start bulking to curb my frustration.

lol! I just read all 21 pages.

Random gym thoughts is everybody's postings? I only care about yours :nostalker: & :noh0mo:

I'll check your starting point thread later. I noticed the first post? was dated 2013 so it's more current. Only 19 pages compared to this one at 21.

My replies (quotes) from reading 21 pages next posting.

time for another two week update: 155lbs(+6 since start)

still waiting for my biceps to catch up with the rest of my body :to:

Any bicep flexing pictures? I don't think I noticed any.
(Unless they're posting in your other thread.)

First bulk update(weight: 150)

I need to replicate that picture. In general, I like replicating pictures on the internet. Fitness, beer shots, rap music collections, etc. Will show you if I ever get the shot.

Size 28 here. We are skinny huh, hard to find jeans that fit my waist. Seems like the average American male is 30 - 34

chick fil a makes up a good 60% of my intake(lunch on campus)

the rest is a mix between fast food
and cooking

still sticking to the script of cals vs protein, currently training 2 other people :takedat:

i drink zero soda, eat zero sweets, and alcohol is only 1 night a week.

Have you stopped with the fast food? I understand you're trying (sometimes) to bulk up so eating fast food may be ideal but it's bad for you. I'd avoid fast food joints and focus more on self-prepared meals. Even if it's not slaving away in the kitchen. Sure you can cook an easy, fast meal by yourself.

That posting was early on in your thread..

Experimented with ground beef/chicken breasts hot wings chick fil a and subway

Collards + broccoli, dinner rolls

Protein shakes

:manny: just a bout anything I could get good protein and count cals easily

There ya go. Seems like an improvement, IMO. I'm not a red meat eater but chicken breasts are healthy for you (lean white meat) that offers tremendous protein numbers. Dem greens too, try to eat as many vegetables (and fruit if you don't mind the natural sugar.. Fruit is good for you! )

Some random thoughts and observations

The smaller you are the harder big lifts are, getting momentum and also the lack of the same base in your legs is so noticeable. I have to be much more strict than i used too(or maybe i just pay attention more)

my dikk and balls are the biggest in my entire life :wow: and i wasnt small foreal before, but my balls :ohlawd: i cant just fukk/jagoff once anymore, im going for 2-3 even 4 rounds :ohlawd:

My appetite for sweet foods is starting to kick in, but im fighting the urge. All i takes is one bite and you usually satisfied. Im trying small servings here and there maybe twice a week to hold me over.

If i dont hit 150g+ protein a day i feel like shyt the next, let this be a warning to cutters who been following my progress :merchant:

My rule of thumb if you eat a healthy meal, you're able to reward yourself with some sweets. i.e. something like this, eat a chicken breast + fruit + vegetables + rice + water = Cookies for dessert.

Or, if you've had a hard workout, you can reward yourself to some sweets. Rewarding yourself is a good thing, keeps fun in life. Sometimes, strict dieting (i.e. no sweets) may bring you down. Live a little

However, I only say this because I personally lost 50 lbs. and then started to gain muscle. Same as you. I don't focus on losing weight anymore, I focus on gaining bulk/mass/muscle. If we were both fat again, I would recommend no sweets but we are skinny! lol :winning:

Re: Alcohol
You still drinking 1 day of the week? That's awesome. I'm still drinking 2 days of the week and then feel guilty come Monday. I drink on Friday and Saturday night's only. I drink heavy, exotic beer that's loaded with alcohol, sugars, and carbs. I need to become like you and only drink once a week, choose Saturday night to get wasted :russ:

My personal trainer actually advises me to drink both nights. Beer is my hobby and I enjoy drinking and hanging out. She says if I maintain a 5-day exercise schedule (Monday - Friday) that also includes eating healthy that I should reward myself to beer on the weekends. Reward myself and live life.

Cool weight loss and muscle gain dude. I'm really impressed with the weight loss. You became a skinny ass dude! I prefer you with some meat on you.. with some muscle

@Boy C see thats the thing brah

i dont really eat "clean" i just eat how much i need and pay attention to macros

but i swear by not eating sweets, soda, and drinking more than 1 night a week

it seems difficult but its much easier to make those cuts than eat the "clean" in the traditional sense, its also something i can realistically do for the rest of my life. Which was the real goal of the loss to begin with.

Alcohol is actually worse than sweets because it not only dehydrates you but also drains you of nutrients and facilitates muscle losses. So im really particular about not going ham drinking unless its a real big deal

i take my school and job pretty seriously(biomedical engineering + radiation safety)
