I had to take down my bodyspace page years ago, the simpin is crazy over there. I got simped on for my "before" fatty pics :flabbynsick: :beli: Come on!

I opened a new one with no pics, I just use it to store my favorite bspace profiles and ask a question on the boards every now and then.

I like the Coli gym better than their crazy and racist forums over in bb.com. The Coli Gym regulars (not occasional posters, but regulars) offer their reviews without claiming to be experts, are encouraging, and motivate me to stay focused. I think I have about 9 more months till my progress will really show, and this place kinda helps me stay on track till then.

theres alot of people on there that i helped with my original guide(sub out MMSex for Strongmeat in the sticky)

i participate in competitions over there but lately ive slacked off altogether :manny: im trying to push myself but school is getting difficult right now(Chemical Engineering)

officially cutting again :whew: decided after i gained 1" on my midsection that this is what i need to do. Current weight 156lbs

will cut to 145-150 @ .5 lbs per week
@The ADD @K-Deini @KologeroBx yall have a new comrade again :rambo:

no im just satisfied with the gains ive made bulking, i hit new Str PRs and everything

but as an engineer i was either sacrificing my ethic in the gym/nutritionally or sacrificing my mental capacity for my school/work

it just wasnt working lately and i was stalling alot

i feel i can reach my goal by the middle of December and return to bulking

Just how much water weight can an average person lose? About 15 lbs? And is this excess water weight or water that you need to keep in your body to be healthy?

I want to make sure that I stay well hydrated. Will cutting out starches mean that I need to drink even more h20 than 80 ounces a day?

i drink 1-2 gallons a day

15lbs is alot, im thinking more like 3-7

it doesnt happen that fast usually either

I keep 5 water bottles at my work desk and struggle to finish that by noon, and that's only 80 ounces. Do you use Mio or something else? I don't drink anything else besides water except for clear tea- which I count as part of my water intake.

i dont buy water bottles

i have a pitcher that i drink from(brita)

as a student i also hit up water fountains often

my cup holds roughly 32 oz, with ice, i figure 24

i drink 8-10 full cups every day

i wont lie, ive been following my cutting method and im definitely still losing fat but my weight is staying right around 150-153 :leon:

dont quite understand it but im not too upset, maybe genetics taking over :shaq: been doing pyramid sets(burnouts) of hip pushups/inverted rows at the end of my workout. been hitting everything one day then hit again every other day. so far so good :whew:
