Single men over 30: Why aren't you married?

the consensus I hear is that the roles switch up between women and men. Typically women are in their prime in their 20s when they can get a pass for having a nice body but then they reach 30 and their body starts to digress things fall off for them. While by 30 if a man has his life together, he's going to have options he never had in his 20s

Obviously you didn't like me anyways...and want to turn me into something I'm not. I can only be me. I only change for myself. Trying to change what made these women attracted to me in the first place to be some other lame ass nikka wearing pleated flat front pants sweater vests and talking like he got a stick up his ass while you go shopping at pier 1.

Saw it happen to too many friends. Got married or werenin a relationship and just became lame...got fat. Bald. Lost the magic.

I just realize that i have to hold myself in high regard nowadays. Cause i realize women have too high of a regard for themselves...so why can't i as a man?

Ive had my experiences with many types of women. But mainly? Women who were bored with their significant other and needed some fun in their lives. Basically married some dud they can't stand being around but they stay with him cause he has money to buy them shyt.

You can't be playing with a man's emotions like that. This is why too i just have never been in a relationship. I know what I want...to actually be in one to see what it's all about but it's obvious with the women ive had my experiences with that they saw me as just eye candy and good dikk and nothing more. I personally would rather just stay that dude that these women cheat on their husbands and boyfriends with at this point. Obviously i got it going on...but years of depression from dealing with people made me not realize my potential. I personally don't even get the whole relationship thing anyways.

Maybe you women should stop settling for less cause a man provides security and actually get with the guy you want and take a risk?

I personally don't care anymore. I'm living my life at this point and trying to make a success of myself in this dumb conformist society.

If you fall on the 'Alpha fuxs' side of the equation, this is infinitely better than 'Beta bux' and its clean up duty with women who have been ran

through and more baggage than freight shipping could carry .....

Not me, that's one of the most important things. Maybe it's because I've been fukked up before, and saw how people, especially women treat you when you don't have money to splurge on them. It was one of the hardest times in my life, and made me make money my top three priorities.

Women talk that love, and romantic stuff, when you are spending money on them or taking them out to eat, but as soon as you say you need to budget, the relationship is about to be done, unless you get money to spend again. Even when you have money to spend, then she feels you owe her shyt when the relationship is over, or you want to take a break.

I hate to say this, but for the average woman in this country(regardless of race or ethnicity), money is equal to love. No money, you don't love them because if you did, you would do what it takes to get the money! You can think I'm talking crazy, but until you fall flat on your face, you might think I'm exaggerating.

If you get into a serious relationship that leads to marriage, you better make more then her(at least $15,000 more), and you better have her sign a prenuptial agreement so you can be safe. She can still get you with child support, but you can easily fight that by having your income be part of your business, and your personal income won't show that much, and that means she won't get that much child support. Just splurge on your children when you see them.

And what about the utilities your children use at their mothers house? The gas she uses to put in her car to take them to school? Health insurance, dental?

I'm still in my early 20s, but I can't imagine being locked down with family again. I just got out of an 18 year relationship with one family. I've and enough of family!!!! I definitely don't see myself getting married & having kids in my 30s (or maybe not at all). Everything about that seems boring, and exhausting. I just want to make money so I can travel, eat and explore the world.

Why avoid mortgages?

30 years+ of debt.

That's worse than 18+ years of child support.

Save up your money and buy a small house outright.

Its better to buy one house for yourself (buying outright), than one house for yourself and 1-2 houses for the banker (principal+interest).
