The hippy movement, a distrust of America, the introduction of feminism, etc. It all came out of the 60s and the official loss of “innocence” from seeing behind the curtain of Vietnam, leaders getting plucked off, pushback against the civil rights movement, etc. The 60s drastically changed the US forever
