We have reports saying he didn't want to improve?I don't know, maybe it's because I root for the Eagles and not a shyt football team. But I can't understand why on Earth you'd want a team to spend heavy capital on someone that 1) doesn't show sufficient interest in wanting to play for you and 2) doesn't admit to any flaws or wanting to improve on said flaws.
1) he was a Heisman trophy winner
2) the Browns were criticized HEAVILY at the time for drafting Manziel
3) he was a bust
Lol.Colt Brennan threw for 5,554 yards, 58 TDs, 72% and was a 6th round pick
" We didn't get the sense that Shedeur cared much about what we thought of him"
The more of this crap I hear, the more I'm starting to take Shedeur side. Good ish. Don't change for nobody if that isn't what got you to where you are
He's an exceptional offensive coach imo. As proven by him making the playoffs with Daniel Jones. He’s referenced as if he’s a better coach than he is.
Because Jayden daniels isn’t mid and this the first I heard of him “failing”Manzeil was an alcoholic with a criminal record when he was drafted in the 1st round. Sheduer has never been in serious trouble and well liked by his teammates. his only issue was him being too confident in himself.
BTW Jayden Daniels failed the same combine interview that Shaduer did. Thats never been a deciding factor.
Hard Knocks cameras captured the awkward moment Jayden Daniels might have failed his Giants combine interview

Right most of those QBs played under Mike leach one of the greatest minds in college football history and people are comparing those QBS to shedeurLol.
And what about Timmy Chang? Graham Harrell? Kliff Kingsbury? BJ Symons? Landry Jones (all time OU leading passer). Where were they drafted?
Just because you put up numbers in an air raid system doesn't mean you're a great qb.
Although that particular narrative has changed over the years
Pat shurmur is a good OC thoRight most of those QBs played under Mike leach one of the greatest minds in college football history and people are comparing those QBS to shedeurShedeur had pat shurmur as his OC
that's why I stop responding to @Braman and let him have it

Let's be honest, these sports interviews are nothing like real world interviews.
You can be dealing with a player who's barely above a functional reading level. And now with NIL, education and development is the least important thing to these college players.
If someone's doesn't interview well, that means nothing to me. Unless they're just being an asshle during the interview
Doesn’t mean they would do it again also keep in mind Johnny didn’t lack for talentDidnt stop them from drafting Johnny Manziel. His behavior and interviews only dropped him to a late 1st round pick.
What’s the collusion ?If he got drafted in the first couple rounds I wouldn't care.
But the fact there was a obvious collusion in place, that wouldn't have happened for a non-black qb
Have not heard a word about Jayden but again talent is the key factor hereManzeil was an alcoholic with a criminal record when he was drafted in the 1st round. Sheduer has never been in serious trouble and well liked by his teammates. his only issue was him being too confident in himself.
