I been saying he's getting an insane push and will most definitely go before Shedeur...and I don't think Shough is trash because he has a cannon but his athleticism is on par with Sanders and he's injury prone

I don't like his production, ngl. ACC was horrendous this year and his #'s were mild. He's been playing since 2019 and had major injuries. Just reminds me of Will Levis, another pick that I laughed about and knew would fail.

Never been a fan of random 6'4+ white dude who no one ever heard of until 2 weeks ago being pushed as a potential NFL starter. Why wasn't dude making a name for himself in college? For every unknown Josh Allen who will be a star, there will be 10-20 Will Levis' Joe Miltons, Anthony Richardsons, etc.

I wasn't saying JJ is better or worse than any particular QB, I was simply saying he's better than ppl gave him credit for, b/c a lot of people wrote him off as a handoff merchant who succeeded b/c he had the best O-Line in CFB and a defense loaded with props to put him in favorable field position.

I'll happily admit it if I'm wrong, but I don't see Shough doing anything meaningful at the next level, and this is based on him not doing anything meaningful at the college level. 59 touchdowns, and 23 interceptions for his career, and he's already had injuries.

Shedeur had 134 TD and 27 Ints for comparison with double the yardage and a better completion percentage.

I have no horse in this race but I PROMISE you Shedeur is better than Shough who's only getting attention b/c 6'5 and white and everyone is looking for the next Josh Allen.

Nah, hitting the defender shed torso twist, and throwing at a low arm angle just to throw a ball that would be better off as a one hopper to a second baseman or shortstop is fukking crazy.

Will Levis is his ceiling in my opinion, that's who he reminded me of watching him at Louisville, and as soon as I saw him getting all kinds of love at the combine I knew his stock was gonna soar.

I hate how people keep comparing his situation to Lamar. That was 100% a case of pure unadulterated racism and him winning MVP unanimously in his Sophmore year broke all sorts of barriers/stigmas for Black QBs.

Claiming racism when black QBs have dominated the draft he past couple of years is absurd. That's the cult-like behavior Deion has created around his family.

I would argue that we’ve actually finally reached the point that the mobile black QB is the sought after archetype. Even to the point that teams have taken chances on dudes like Anthony Richardson who needed a lot more polish, and the white QBs are starting to step their mobility up. Racism ain’t going nowhere but it’s the best time ever to be a black QB.
