took my girl to the gym yesterday morning :snoop: bad mistake. Heads were hitting on her lol. But she left before me. Coming into free weights section with her lips pecking and gave me a kiss on the lips infront of everybody. Felt like I lost some of my manhood. lol

I think I fukked up my joint(s) in my elbow with my squat hand (technique) placement. Might have to see the doc smh. So, I replaced em with deadlifts. Grips was stronger than i thought (last rep on 320 lbs had my hands feeling :whoa:). shyt does have my gluts and back feeling :smugfavre: though.

Anybody hit the gym hard in the evening then again next morning?

So a 12 hour rest rather than 24?

I do weights from 6-7:30PM and cardio (sprints, jump rope) the next mornings a few times a week but try to keep the body parts separate so I don't tax areas too tough.

Nah, I gotta let my body rest or I feel like crap.

I hate when folks use two benches to do dips when there are more reasonable machines and stations for that
