I've been increasing the weight by 5lbs. every week on pullups. I'm on 35lbs. now. Body pullups are a piece of cake now...can do 20 with ease. :ohhh:

Been stuck at 25 for a min:flabbynsick: I'm embarrassed to go up to 35lbs cuz I'll only knock out a few reps:skip:

So my lab results came back... What I thought was just a chest cold turned out to be mononucleosis... Been feeling like :snooze: every day. I am actually dying to go lift some weights, especially since I got off good on my modified PHAT routine, but my body is not ready. I think I'm gonna have to chill until Sunday and then try to get busy again. :why:

Likely won't see the gym proper for at least a week. Gotta at least do some solid cardio body weight exercises.

Man fukk squats. :damn: shyts kicked my ass today, got me walking like I got my back blown out, and I don't even lift heavy weight. I have no idea how u monsters move that big weight around without limbs falling clean off. :snoop:

Dumbbell rows today. Got 20 total reps (4x5) per side with 206lbs. Goal is to do an all out set of 20 consecutively with that weight.

Squats for high reps with lighter weight are more brutal

Think I'm about to throw PHAT in the bushes for a bit and bring the GVT back..

I gave phat a solid 8 weeks shot and wasn't really feeling it. Still gonna do legs twice a week though
