I do weights from 6-7:30PM and cardio (sprints, jump rope) the next mornings a few times a week but try to keep the body parts separate so I don't tax areas too tough.

Was cleared to get into my old activities last week. Physical therapy is over. I'm slowly working my way into the old routine along with continuing exercises for shoulder health.
