I was actually doing pretty good for the first 11 miles. The problem is, I didn't realize I still had over 2 miles to go and I started to run hard until I got burned out. At least I finished running instead of walking, though.

i unintentionally ruined this broads workout today

i'm doing hangs off the pullup bar to stretch myself out at the end of my workout and there's this white chick in the corner maybe 10 feet away, gymshark'd out, doing some headstands up against the wall. now headstands/inversions have been a big hobby of mine for the last year (really stepped my mind/muscle connection up), so i'm just hanging and watching her to see what she can do. usually she just stays over there doing all that IG build-a-butt stuff so i was kind of surprised and curious. she notices me looking and comes up like "so you're really just gonna stare at me huh?"

"uh yeah i was just trying to see if you were gonna do something else instead of the same move over and over again." of course i realize now how much of a dikk i came off as but i didnt mean to :snoop:

"oh if you're so unimpressed let's see you try it then" :mjpls:

"ehh....i mean....hmmmm...im kinda gassed but yeah aight" hopped down off that bar and proceeded to do basically everything but levitate like Dhalsim. stood back up on my feet like "that wasn't my best cause i'm at the end of my workout. i mean i can teach you some things but really i just learned with a lot of practice and experimenting but i started in the same move you did so just stick with it!"

broad looks at me like :stopitslime: and storms off. maybe she'll take me up on my offer to teach her some tricks next time i see her.

Did I already recommend yoga in here? Been doing it twice a week for an hour it’s helped so much. My range of motion is a lot better on squats and my balance has improved a lot. I train bjj too and my body takes a beating on a regular basis with yoga I feel like there’s more slack in my limbs and I’m able to move better. Doesn’t have to be for an hour I started with 20 minutes 2 times a week and it was so easy you just want to keep going. YouTube has a bunch of free stuff on there.

The guy I watch is Rodney Yee a lot of his routines are on the Gaia app.
