I signed up for my first half marathon in Central Park on Sunday:
NYRR Fred Lebow Half-Marathon

Now, I'm here HOPING that the reschedule it, I don't want to run in a snowstorm and I don't want to lose my $50.00 :lupe:

coach has programmed a bunch of wods named after all the stones. and they all correspond w whichever stone they are (this one being a very mental workout so "mind"). they have all been disgusting.

A couple of years ago I couldn’t get my hands on the bar in rack position. I had to use straps to front squat. I also couldn’t front squat to proper depth w moderately heavy weight due to lack of proper mobility. Now look at me momma... full grip, thumbs around bar, perfect depth, perfect position, repping out paused front squats :wow:

Once or twice, but what I really like to do in that area is to run on the bike path over the GW Bridge, then trail run up the Long Path on the other side.

I was able to go to the gym today since it didn't snow yet but I wasn't able to do want I wanted to on the bench, actually did worst than I did on Wednesday:to:

I was able to do more squats today since I probably won't be able to do legs this weekend so that something:manny:

I workout in nothing but a wifebeater and shorts....no t-shirt. I know I'd do less cardio and less reps with a hoodie on.
Bruh I live in damn south Florida and got these cats wearing hoodies all year long on some 8 mile shyt :heh:

Even now it’s barely 78 but these cats actually wear them in freaking August down here

I feel like people see ufc fighters wear them and now it’s like cool to wear them at the gym

I wish I didn’t have to wear hoodies as much as I do in the gym to warm up.

Minnesota loves keeps gyms cold whether it’s the dead of winter or mid July for some bizarre reason.


Ever need to cool off in the summer here

Man my gym stays cold too. I gotta sit in the sauna just to warm up before I do anything.
I'm not an easy sweater either :francis:
