im starting to get my aesthetics back after starting back up lifting earlier this month...funny thing is im not lifting any crazy amount right now..i took a look at some pics i took on friday for the ESPN+ boxing card i got credentials for and i was like :leon:.i look filled out...lets see where this goes

I'm back to lifting at the gym, but only doing light weight/high rep stuff on machines.

I was actually doing pretty good for the first 11 miles. The problem is, I didn't realize I still had over 2 miles to go and I started to run hard until I got burned out. At least I finished running instead of walking, though.

They try to turn the damn gym into like a coffee shop

I’ll never get it you pushed yourself to get up and go to the gym and then you get there and sit around and talk

That's Strava. I'm actually syncing data from my Polar watch app, but you can run Strava directly without a watch. The free version gives you pretty much all you need.

KH3 couldnt come out at a more perfect time.

In trying to help my friends get their gym journeys off the ground I've basically killed my own schedule. I like to workout with them instead of just show/tell them what to do because it's easier to start when you have a teammate pushing you. So I'm flat out exhausted since I might have had 1 or 2 rest days all month.

Once Tuesday hits though they're on their own as the Keyblade war must be settled once and for all :blessed:

After that, soccer prep begins. I got my ideas ready.
