Been on a program for 5 months got newbie gains. But somewhat bored might switch it up a little or add in something. I dunno.

Insanity workout is intense asf :sadbron: I told my sisters I won't be doing it again. I was ready to give up 10 min in :flabbynsick:

My stamina levels is embarrassing :heh:
To be honest, thats one of the hardest workouts IMO, so i wouldn't be too critical

@semtex @houston911 do we believe Anthony Joshua? He says he does mostly TRX workouts, when he does lift weights it's mostly squats, and he doesn't really fukk with bench press. :jbhmm:

He often gets criticized for being a "pumped up weight lifter" yet he only does strength & conditioning 2 times a week and it's mostly for cardio.

Depends on how you look at it. 10 pounds in general is reasonable if you factor in some water dumping, etc. 10 pounds of pure fat would likely take longer.
