i'm hungry as fukk in the morning, just had a breakfast and am considering getting a second breakfast :francis:

edit: made half a sandwich now i'm teetering on too full :snoop:
This is exactly why I don't fukk with breakfast

I'm no less hungry at lunch time, and that's when I actually need the calories since I work out then :francis:

i workout before work, so i'm ravenous from about 7am through about 3pm. i skip dinner a lot or drink a protein shake or eat a couple spoons full of PB and call it a night. i need to get more disciplined about eating dinner again or make the hard move to IF

I'm the same way.

But I started eating these whole wheat english muffins w/ almond butter and eggs and it keeps me pretty satisfied until lunch time. :ehh:

Nah, I'm saying I would eat my calories from 7am-3pm. I don't really care to eat at night, and for the most part it doesn't phase me during my am workouts. I workout in a fasted state regardless as I can't eat that early.

Any of you breh's used mass gainers? Is it even worth it? I asked around and im getteing some mixed opinions :patrice:

You need to start eating 8k a day breh

IF is the wave. Combined with fasted cardio :merchant:

But yea it sounds like your window is gonna be like 6-2 or something which could be weird.
