brehs on avg how many times a week do you go? I usually go 4 times a week but but lately only 3 cause i been getting lazy lol.

I cant keep being this damn skinny no more, but im also having a hard time eating these 3000 calories daily :sadcam:

Any of you breh's used mass gainers? Is it even worth it? I asked around and im getteing some mixed opinions :patrice:

I got my work cut out for me. I tried the sit down without using your hands one and just flopped on my ass at the end. :mjcry:

I know I can bench my bodyweight even if it's just one rep. I never tried the deadlift one. Don't know if I want to jump right away to trying to lift 360 pounds. I'm guessing this is for one rep so maybe it won't be too difficult since I usually do ten rep sets. The balancing one is easy and so is the 30 second squat although my legs were shaking a bit, maybe from trying the balancing right before. I was over here squatting in the middle of the kitchen trying to test myself. :russ:

I want to try that pull up and farmers walk ones. Grab two 90s or maybe start low and work my way up. The plank one is probably the hardest. The one that's impossible is the jumping one. My ass got no hops. :mjcry:

Mass gainer helped me gain weight but i was drinking that and creatine. If that doesnt help you then i dont kno what to say just go harder in the gym

I think I'm good with the exception of 5 and 8, might not be there.

Are you lactose intolerant? If not whole milk and eggs peanut butter are cheaper and will stick to you better than most of the proprietary blended pixie dust with fancy labels IMO

Back when I couldn't gain those were the three things that got the numbers to start moving.

Not lactose intolerant, i just always working or something and never really have the time to sit down and eat a bunch of meals.
