definitely believable@semtex @houston911 do we believe Anthony Joshua? He says he does mostly TRX workouts, when he does lift weights it's mostly squats, and he doesn't really fukk with bench press.
He often gets criticized for being a "pumped up weight lifter" yet he only does strength & conditioning 2 times a week and it's mostly for cardio.

Depends on how you look at it. 10 pounds in general is reasonable if you factor in some water dumping, etc. 10 pounds of pure fat would likely take longer.I'm going to try to lose ten pounds in a month. You think that is too aggressive, I don't want to lose too much muscle.
