I slept good the night before. and i train legs hard once a week and light 4 days later. but i haven't been to the gym in about 2 weeks but my legs were feeling to that before i took a break.How was your sleep the night prior?
How was your nutrition prior to the session?
How often do you train legs?
and i had a protein shake with 3 scoops and 2 bowls of cinnamon toast crunch

i haven't worked them in a few weeks. i was gonna do em last week but i had the same issue but said fukk it and leftI feel like that sometimes but I just go and do my cardio and they "wake up" and go back to normal. It sounds like tiredness tbh
