OddI slept good the night before. and i train legs hard once a week and light 4 days later. but i haven't been to the gym in about 2 weeks but my legs were feeling to that before i took a break.
and i had a protein shake with 3 scoops and 2 bowls of cinnamon toast crunchbut that's not unusual for me to be real
i haven't worked them in a few weeks. i was gonna do em last week but i had the same issue but said fukk it and left
