FWIW if it aggravates your back and you don't feel leg activation then it's got to be your form.i like the squat. but i cant go over 185 without my lower back bytching up. my legs dont even get taxed. the only injury i ever really got was from squatting also.
first leg exercises when i walk in the gym. i warm up, foam roll/stretch then go. but i been stuck and a week ass 185 for a minute.. benching more than you squat is semi embarrassing![]()
I wonder if you are bending at the waist on the decent.
