Anyone ever lifted twice in one day before?

I overslept and missed the gym yesterday, so I had to do legs this morning, but I also need to hit back tonight after work or else my whole week is fukked up.

Good idea? Bad idea? :lupe:
Its fine if you eat and drink extra in the middle of the day

I tried to do it once with my normal diet and got mad nauseous my 2nd workout

Done it plenty of times. The only times where I've felt my body tell me "hey, take a rest day" is after two-a-days

I usually take a nap before the 2nd workout

Finally figured out the name for this body position when doing pull-ups. It's called a hollow position

Keeping your legs locked in that position the whole time sure does make a difference :wow: Abs already getting on fleek. Talk about bang for your buck.

How is the muscletech isolate?? I'm over here at my local supermarket and they got this shyt cheap price :patrice:
Im gonna say none, that sounds like one of those brands that counts the cellulose in sawdust as protein :francis:

Buying protein on price is rarely a good idea. 99 times out of 100 you are gonna get the same actual protein/$.... cheaper stuff will just have all types of fun fillers
