Going from 3x8 to 5x10 will HUMBLE you.... I went from squatting 3x8x265 to what's prob gonna be 5x10x225

Looking for some new sneakers for the gym. Trying to upgrade my gym gear a bit. I need something I can squat in but I don't need a raised heel. Just a plain sole (no air or gel) with some ankle support. I'm kind of feeling the Adidas Tubular and Nike Flyknit series.... basically I want some poor man's Yeezys :( Any ideas

Been doing 315lb 5x5 deadlifts atleast 1x a week and its getting easier.

Weight still around 205lb but, my waisf is shrinking fast:blessed:. I measured with a tape measurer and I have a 35 in waist rn down from a 39 back in May and wanna get to a 31-32 by November.

Size 36 jeans and pants are too loose need to shop for 34s now.

These size 36-38 boxers I had are loose as fick and fall off my ass.

Getting that V taper soon :jawalrus:

today i was able to run after 2 weeks....i had tweaked my left knee at my company's summer outing in a vigorous drunken game of tug of war. lol..so i had to find my old knee brace that i bought for shin splints i used to get and do non impact cardio as a replacement...crosstrainer machines are ok but nothing beats running...only doing a mile and a quarter a day this week just to get back into before i go back to doing speed interval running at longer distances

Its gonna take every fiber of resolve in my body not to bench today....

Been nursing an RC scare and not benching... but I think I OD'd on OHP. Shoulder feels just about right though but I know it still needs to heal. Everything is moving so well now in this surplus I'm just hyped to see what I can do with bench.

Learned the hard way that flys + my rotator cuffs = no bueno. #MARATHONNOTSPRINT
