Finally figured out the name for this body position when doing pull-ups. It's called a hollow position

Keeping your legs locked in that position the whole time sure does make a difference :wow: Abs already getting on fleek. Talk about bang for your buck.
If only I had a pull-up bar...

Milk overload?

I had two True Moo milk's today. Both had about 250 calories and 25g's of Protein. And I just had two bowls of cereal and two reeses and half another True Moo. All of these are the only things I've consumed today. Nothing else.

anybody ever had a problem where your legs have 0 energy. like there isn't good blood flow, feel stiff. my legs just don't have any umph for lack of a better description. i stretch and did some very light cardio but they still never "picked up" did some calf raises and hack squats but i couldn't get them going.
anyone know what i'm talking about?

How was your sleep the night prior?
How was your nutrition prior to the session?
How often do you train legs?

I feel like that sometimes but I just go and do my cardio and they "wake up" and go back to normal. It sounds like tiredness tbh
