Not by the book anymore but my training is based on that Heavy/Speed split. Been that way for a while.You on PHAT too?![]()
If only I had a pull-up bar...Finally figured out the name for this body position when doing pull-ups. It's called a hollow position

Keeping your legs locked in that position the whole time sure does make a differenceAbs already getting on fleek. Talk about bang for your buck.

I had two True Moo milk's today. Both had about 250 calories and 25g's of Protein. And I just had two bowls of cereal and two reeses and half another True Moo. All of these are the only things I've consumed today. Nothing else.
What do you guys think?

How was your sleep the night prior?anybody ever had a problem where your legs have 0 energy. like there isn't good blood flow, feel stiff. my legs just don't have any umph for lack of a better description. i stretch and did some very light cardio but they still never "picked up" did some calf raises and hack squats but i couldn't get them going.
anyone know what i'm talking about?
