My forearms are hampering some of my workouts, I look great everywhere but my forearms, even had my non gym going ass jump off say I need to work on my forearms :dwillhuh:

My grip is suspect while doing heavy deads, have to do overhand/underhand grip and sometimes even use chalk. My back isn't even the problem it's my grip :mjcry:

Just did a 6km run, 10km cycle and some leg workouts:blessed:




Got a body assesment on Friday, pretty nervous.

It's weird, I know I'm pretty fit but I'm scared the results will say otherwise:snoop:

Did a new 2 rep max on deadlifts...then I finished my back off with the hammer row machine...tried lat pulldowns but by then my forearms and wrist were done.:bryan:

It's 3's week (sets of 3) each with 70% 80% and 90% of 90% of your max not your actual max

Got 5 reps with 375lbs no dizziness :gladbron:

Last week I got dizzy with 355lbs and had to put it down

What do y'all do for chest?

I don't have access to a gym, but I do have free-weights. I've been following this Buff Dudes YT channel.

I do 4sets of 12reps of Chest Flies.

4sets/12reps of Dumbell Chest press.

4sets/12reps of Single Arm Dumbell Chest press.

4sets/20reps of cross bench Dumbell pullovers.

:whew:
