Is it better to do more reps with less weight or less reps with more weight?

The way you lift depends on what the goal is. Really generally speaking:

Heavier weights with less reps is for building strength.

More reps at a lighter weight (still should be heavy) for muscle building and/or fat loss.
Interesting. Thanks for this!

Okay, this time I'm serious, I'm leaving this piece of shyt, low budget gym:scust:

I look better than half the "personal trainers" here after 6 months of getting back into it:rudy:

There's like only 3 dimes who come here on the regular:stopitslime:

The dudes here have no fukking clue what they're doing either, they'll come in wearing fukking jeans and go from doing calf raises, to dips to fukking half-assed pull-ups, and finish off with a bench press:mindblown:

And no, they ain't doing no full-body work out. Literrally just using (hogging) the first machine they see after they're done with the last one:stopitslime:

They're almost all (about 90%) :flabbynsick: too and ain't no shame in that, cause you come to the gym to improve yourself anyway but man, everytime these dudes bend over or sit down, they expose their entire fukking asscracks to half the gym:scust:

Dudes with insane beer bellies and no definition whatsoever, spending 15 minutes on the ab machines but won't even look in the direction of the treadmills on some, "I don't do cardio because I don't want to lose muscle mass, bro:flabbynsick::whoa:"

The bathroom has ONE fukking urinal, and ONE fukking toilet. Can't even use the shower cause you just know they don't clean that bytch:scust:

Machinery always fukking busted:camby:

No swimming pool:camby:

No screens to watch sport:camby:

All-in-all, a shytty, fukking gym:camby:

Calling them up tomorrow morning and telling them this my last month:camby:

135 lbs. x 10
155 lbs. x 10
175 lbs x 10
195 lbs x 10
215 lbs x 10
225 lbs. x 9
235 lbs. x 5

I started doing dead lifts:why:. They always scared me but I did some light weight (135) just to get my form down. Tried them again last Saturday but had to do them at the end of my leg workout because the barbells were taken. I went up from 135, 155, 165, 185, to 205 but was so gassed I stopped after 2 reps on the last set. I get dizzy after each set and have to sit down. My body feels like shyt afterwards. I don't even want to leave the crib the next day.

Any tips?
