Money's tight this month. Looks like it will just be eggs, chicken breast, rice, broccoli, and oatmeal. Fortunately I was still able to pay my gym membership. This might be better since I won't have money to spend on bullshyt.
this week of deloading is wonderful...sitting here eating this grilled lamb being easy..i needed this...but next week its a new workout plan plus cutting time until my vacation at the end of august
Its always nice when you try something for the first time and it works...... got pretty much forced into a week long diet break, weight shot up 3lbs... 2 days back to the deficit I'm back where I started If I can have another 6 weeks like the 4 before my break I mite finish this cut like a month early
I worked on legs on Monday. Deadlifts.
I started with leg press because this woman was in the squat rack. But, she wasn't leaving so I did deadlifts.
