For lats Im like T Pain.... all I do is chins chins chins

Some kind of pulldown shyt will get u that width. Horizontal row will get your rear delts and depth

For shoulders I like upright rows and lateral raises

MY trainer put me on to this yesterday:

If your bar is near a wall, start out doing unassisted pulls/chins to failure. Once you hit failure put your feet on the wall so you are almost in an "L" and continue reps to failure. Hits the abs a little as well.

Saw the orthopedist yesterday and he said it is more a patella issue. But he says there really isn't any exercise not to do. Regardless I'm still resting till I finish my finals for this semester.

He is sending me to physical therapy starting in like 10 days and there I'll figuring out what I can do for the summer. Whether to do an upper/lower split or a push pull split where working legs will mostly be posterior chain work.

I don't understand the extreme hated for leg extensions. They're not a staple, but they're a decent accessory. :manny:

Also, what's a good athletic for for dress pants and jeans. I don't like baggy shyt, but I can't do slim fits no more. :francis:
