I didn't realized I was capable of doing one arm push and pull ups until Sunday.
Weak workout last night. Still had DOMS so I was fatigued. Literally yawning during the workout. Got 70 out of 100 reps with 345lbs on hex bar deads. Will make up the volume next leg day
