I think my gym added a womens workout only section. I didnt see it good enough when I was there last but when I go back tomorrow Im gonna check.

If so then Im gonna change gyms since there is less women to workout around.

Working out around women motivates me somewhat and I cant have my motivation weakened or else I will end up failing myself. :ehh:

They add women sections so women who wanna lift weight arent so intimidated by the big machines .

Also it's about the wait time most dudes not going to the women section to lift those same machines .

Man...it's almost like he's doing martial arts with that jump rope! :wow: It's as if he's become one with it. I wonder how long it took him to get to that point. I can do several speed combinations of jumping, but not like he does. Really amazing! I need to step my game up.:wow:

I just realized he was doing some of it blindfolded too :wow:.

Very good. The instructor keeps the poses simple but we are constantly transitions from one to the other so you get a slightly elevated heart rate along with the stretch.

As I said two weeks into this Ostarine run, was at gym hitting chest/tri/shoulder day and shyt was :ohhh:

literally didn't get tired, at all, entire routine. Increased my maxes in either weight or reps on incline, weighted dips, flys, did 4 plate shrugs vs the 365 I usually do in my max sets

nothing else changed in my routine (sleep, preworkout, etc) other than that I played A Gangster and a Gentlemen and Kiss the Game Goodbye all the way thru so its either placebo off of me previously being lazy, this shyt, or The Lox :russ:

still noticing my doms are near non-existent afterwards too despite constantly trying to increase weight
