I do squats but leg extensions were more like supplementary workouts. Don't wanna be doing too many squats.To target quads I assume? Front squats and, if your gym has out, the hack squat machine![]()

I think my gym added a womens workout only section. I didnt see it good enough when I was there last but when I go back tomorrow Im gonna check.
If so then Im gonna change gyms since there is less women to workout around.
Working out around women motivates me somewhat and I cant have my motivation weakened or else I will end up failing myself.![]()
