ACV- apple cider vinegar from Braggs- burns fat too. Put 2-3 tbs in a cup of water, drink it before a meal. You will feel full and reach satiety quickly.
You can put black pepper, tumeric, cayenne, chili flakes,(as spices)
and cook your eggs any way you want. Put a lot of veggies and cook the eggs with butter and coconut oil in order to give them eggs a better flavor.
