hit up the gym earlier and did a quick little workout. Always hit a new plateau whenever i lay off a couple of weeks

my cardio is :flabbynsick: though

Gonna go for a second opinion on my knee and actually see a specialist this time. Everything was going according to plan till Monday when driving to school irritated my right knee. I guess a tingling feeling is what I would call it. Regardless I'm trying my best to avoid surgery.

At this point I'm not going to do any lower body stuff until the end of May till I figure this shyt out. Even my left knee is feeling meh lately.

I swapped out Leg Ext's for Lunges:whew:

My back is super tight today and I foam rolled, iced, and stretched after as a precautionary measures:skip:

Getting used to this leg volume is definitely going to be the biggest challenge:lupe:

To make it a little better do your abs between each compound exercise .

Also I do my seated calf raises between my squats .


I don't know how your gym is but mine calf machine right next to squat rack .
