How do you safely use a foam roller on your back?I swapped out Leg Ext's for Lunges
My back is super tight today and I foam rolled, iced, and stretched after as a precautionary measures
Getting used to this leg volume is definitely going to be the biggest challenge

That connection to the ground......Generally speaking, flat shoes like chucks, wrestling shoes or those crossfit TR shoes are better for deadlifting than oly shoes. If you pull conventional going barefoot is GOAT.
