thats a good number. I feel that as long as your total on the big 3 is above 1000lbs then your good to go as a man

I'm so fukking burned out I just be ready to hit my cardio the sauna and bounce .
I try to add abs on leg days to break up things a bit .
This program way too demanding to add more shyt .
I've never been this challenged before but I see the rewards . I'm stronger than I've ever been .
And you feel like your ab development is still were you'd like it to be?
I did the first day of the program today and just did my typical hanging leg raises, weighted crunches, and mt. Climbers on a bosu ball. Made it through pretty well.
Probably just gonna stick with the core work I've been doing.![]()

You cheating breh that first day suppose to be heavy .
Good luck on day 2 legs is what killed me I couldn't walk for 4 days .
First 2 weeks were brutal I almost gave up cause how much pain I was in .
Those ab routines are cool breh .
Whatever works for you I just can't do all that plus cardio and suana .
