If you ever wanna check yourself about ego lifting .

Look at other people lifting too heavy it makes you :scust:

Then you go back and look at yourself like :ohhh:

Is this how I look :mjcry:

I must reduce my dead lift and Do it correctly with proper form .

That's the only exercise I'm not all the way confident in my approach .
Recently fixed my squat so no no quarter squat over yahso!!!

To be complete honest I do minimal ab work outs during this program .

I'm so fukking burned out I just be ready to hit my cardio the sauna and bounce .

I try to add abs on leg days to break up things a bit .

This program way too demanding to add more shyt .


I've never been this challenged before but I see the rewards . I'm stronger than I've ever been .

I try to add abs on leg days to break up things a bit .

This program way too demanding to add more shyt .

And you feel like your ab development is still were you'd like it to be?

I did the first day of the program today and just did my typical hanging leg raises, weighted crunches, and mt. Climbers on a bosu ball. Made it through pretty well.

Probably just gonna stick with the core work I've been doing.:manny:

Your first day you didn't feel like dying :laff:

You cheating breh that first day suppose to be heavy .

Good luck on day 2 legs is what killed me I couldn't walk for 4 days .

First 2 weeks were brutal I almost gave up cause how much pain I was in .

Those ab routines are cool breh .

Whatever works for you I just can't do all that plus cardio and suana .

I been doing heavy stuff on my last plan too:manny:that wasn't the day I was worried about.


But yeah, that's why I wanted a secondary opinion cause I know I'm gonna be really sore from hitting the muscles 2x per week for the first time:whew:
