She need to lock out tho
She also didn't bring the bar to a dead stop and hitched on the last rep.
She need to lock out tho
If I was younger I would. That sounds like a ticket to snap city.
dumbbellsShoulder pain when benching. Help me
Just be moderate with the weights breh. It's not as rough on the body/nervous system as it looks on paper. It's actually a lot of fun
Break it down for me in terms of a program. This is what I currently do:
M-Push
T-Pull
W-Rest
T-Push
F-Pull
S-Legs
S-Rest
I'm in and out in an hour and mainly do compounds.
It's kind of 2 powerlifting styled days and 3 bodybuilding styled days. Had to check my ego at the door to complete it but saw some good gains when I did it
However if you're making the progress you want on your push pull I'd be wrong to try to push you towards it honestly.
Shoulder pain when benching. Help me
Yeah, I'm hitting a groove with what I'm doing now. I'm not really concerned with strength as long as I'm making progress. I'm taking notes now so tracking progress has made me push harder and up my reps/weight.
I'll probably try PHAT at some point. How does it compare to a 5x5?
It's a bit more in depth than 5x5. the hypotrophy end of things isn't really addressed with 5x5. You can change your body with phat if you don't ego lift and adjust calories accordingly
5x5 is just a strength program for the most part
Man the work outs are in the link I provided its planned for u .Give me an example. If I currently do 3 sets each of incline and flat bench press with 60 for 8 reps what should I go to for PHAT?
Adjust calories how?
