I been doing heavy stuff on my last plan too:manny:that wasn't the day I was worried about.


But yeah, that's why I wanted a secondary opinion cause I know I'm gonna be really sore from hitting the muscles 2x per week for the first time:whew:
Breh legs is brutal because it all legs back to back to back .

That shyt crazy my dude .

I recently added one other leg work out to it since now I'm use to it and I wanna hit my quads even harder .

I super set but all my shyt is usually on the same cable station . Or on back and shoulder days I do rows and shoulder raises with the weights near each other . That's to end my work out doe .


Y'all gotta chill with these million super sets .

I do boxing stuff in the morning for cardio now so hopefully that takes a little bit off the leg strain:manny:



Do you like those speed reps at the beginning of the hypertrophic days?

Oh yea now I burn through them .

At first it was hard my dude I use to have to take longer rest.

Then it took about a month for me to start adding my normal workouts .

Now shyt is where it needs to be . Just gotta keep getting stronger and leaner .

Cardio at the end of my work outs is helping a lot .

Plus I hit the suana daily .

If you ever wanna check yourself about ego lifting .

Look at other people lifting too heavy it makes you :scust:

Then you go back and look at yourself like :ohhh:

I must reduce my dead lift and Do it correctly with proper form .

That's the only exercise I'm not all the way confident in my approach .
Recently fixed my squat so no no quarter squat over yahso!!!
I record all my lifts on video like once a month

Tightened my shyt up real quick. Cant lie to the camera :francis:

fukk a "don't drop the weights" sign...only so quietly you can deadlift. This old cac made a slick comment to another guy nearby to the way we were "dropping" the barbells and how people couldn't read the signs. Went up to him and told him next time to come talk to me in my face if he has a problem with the way I do something. He then acted like a dear in headlights. :dame:


fukk a belt for deadlifts as well...I tried a new PR with the belt and threw my whole technique off. Didn't use it when I broke it last time...only really use it when I squat over 315. :snoop:
