i've been a train wreck, haven't been to the gym in 2 weeks, diets been trash, sleep has been minimal at best. i really need to recharge and regroup.

monday will be my first day of commuting from my new house and cutting out about an unnecessary additional hour and change of wasted time every day. so i'm hoping that will be the kick in the ass i need.

Anyone else do sprints on the elliptical? I hate the attention it gets, certain machines make too much noise

Did some chest and shoulders last night for the first time in months...snuck and used the football teams gym. I'm like 75% of what my peak was....a little soreness but was expecting pain today.:dwillhuh: Back and arms tonight.

I was really tired this week. I didn't workout from Sunday to Wednesday. I worked out yesterday and got some cardio and biceps work in.

So i finally joined a gym, the one i used to work at. I went through there and my former co-workers were like :damn: where u been?? And followed it with 'damn u lost weight!!' Had me feelin like :sadcam: but im going back on my off days... i need to get my body ready for the summer! i was doing the leg press machine on thursday with some 25s on each side... it may be weak but im just starting out... But im scared that with the weight loss im gonna loose my t*ts *grabs t*ts* but then again they may just come back anyway.


Oh and the Bodynomics DVD is excellent, i just need more space to do it.

Thanks breh. This powerlifting tip I'm on is so addictive though, leaves me so tired I barely hit em.
I was on that PL wave too. I still enjoy/prefer to do that. But I prefer the results of BB style lifting.

Once I'm good with my aesthetics I might switch to PL. Till then tho :lift:

PLing is such a double edged sword.

Half the time I'm benching with 185 to warm up and I got 1 person on deck always asking if I need a spot and tell him nah.

Then I put 225 on and they come back asking if I need one again. Tell him nah, his mouth agape while I rep it out :jawalrus:

At the same time tho, it just means I look like I don't lift :mjcry:
