Had a woman at work do that to me. We were waiting for a meeting room in the hallway. She just squeezed my bicep. Now, I was wearing a short-sleeve polo shirt. Unfortunately, I have large biceps and triceps. I didn't ask to get sexually harassed. Maybe it was what I was wearing. I was showing too much? Was I asking for it? Did I deserve that treatment?

You lucky fuker. I have the most poverty arms :mjcry:.

Did a few sets of 6 with 315 on zerchers last night. Focused on form and quality reps. Did ghetto ham raises (glute ham raise without the machine) after. Brutal as always. I think I have mild tendinitis from that shyt

Don't lift if you haven't recovered.
If you need surgery, fix it first. Or you'll end up like me. I had torn labrum I didn't know about for decades. Now, my shoulder is mad max beyond thunderdome status. I cannot do bench press or pull-ups. I wore out the cartilage in that shoulder.

it doesnt hurt per say, just sore if that makes sense. When I bench, i feel slight discomfort, but nothing i'd say that it "hurts"

Pushups though...:camby:

I took a few weeks off at the end of the season to rest up, and it feels better, just not 100% range of motion. Im kinda at a crossroads because I cant not work out my upper body.

Off season training starts in February :mjcry:

I don't think it's torn...i think i landed funny on a tackle, i play rugby.
If lifting hurts, that's not good to continue. Give yourself rest to recover. Have you had a doctor assess the injury?
Does doing some simple things like throwing a ball, picking up a book, opening a door hurt? Arm position at a certain angle makes pain go from 1 to 10?

Nah simple things dont bother me, but if i make like an L shape with my shoulder it hurts a bit to hold it in that position. I can make like a pressing motion with a little discomfort. It's not hindering every day life, but exaggerated movements seem to be a bytch. I'm probably gonna get it looked at soon to see what's up.

Acute Tear
If you fall down on your outstretched arm or lift something too heavy with a jerking motion, you can tear your rotator cuff. This type of tear can occur with other shoulder injuries, such as a broken collarbone or dislocated shoulder

A rotator cuff injury can make it painful to lift your arm out to the side.

If you have a rotator cuff tear and you keep using it despite increasing pain, you may cause further damage. A rotator cuff tear can get larger over time.

Maybe it's worth taking one season off of rugby for long term shoulder health.
