Romanian deads yesterday 405lbs 3 sets (12, 10, 10).




My "bulk" phase = hammering the large muscles 3x a week since that's where the most room for growth is. I remember back when I was a puffy 210 and couldnt even deadlift 365 :scusthov: my god.

fellas got any suggestions for protein shakes to build mass? currently 158 at 5'8...heaviest i ever been was 167 or so? any recommendations?

I set up a bar and bench in my dining room and never ended up using it. Dude has a complete system in his garage and hardly ever uses that. I can't pin point why, but I like to work out away from my place of rest.
Wifey is kind of the same way. We have a little squat rack, but she hates working out in the same room as the couch and TV. Im hoping with the new spot we can have a designated space for nothing but working out. All I need is a cage with hi/low pulleys and some other shyt I'm gonna build. I am gonna try and get into that mindset early next year with a cycling trainer. We'll see

I just hate all the logistic time wasted getting to the gym. I stopped working out on my lunch break... between the shower and driving best I could do was like an hour and 15 to workout for half an hour. So now I just go right after work close to my job. Crowded as fukk though and I'm sure it will be unbearable at the start of the new year :mjcry:

Been really bad at every gym I've gone to. Usually not bad by February tho
