What is your Deadlift routine?

Normally I do 1x5 (basically going heavy as fukk).
...but I cleaned up my diet about a month ago and am not eating as much...so now im a little hesitant about staying w/ the 1x5.

Does it make any sense to add more reps?

Ive always approached the deadlift from a place of high weight, low reps.
You're doing it right.

Yep, I just emasculate cats by the time I add 3 plates and they're struggling to go parallel with a quarter / 45

I see only one other person that consistently squats of the four days I'm in the gym. I know it's not a real representation of every member but its odd.

I'm really starting to be pissed off by these Bain mask and Vibram 5 Fingers...Why are you on the elliptical, exercise bike, and C2 Rower with this shyt on.


I love that early morning 0400-0520 work out...Than go to be challenged at PT.
