So today is the day I work out my whole body so I use mostly cables and machines to breeze through. I would be in the gym forever if I had to use free weights on this day.
Anyway so I'm on the over head shoulder press machine :

This isn't the squat rack or bench nikka
Imagine asking someone to rotate sets on like a hip or ab abductor
There is probably only one machine I could see someone asking and that's the rare / fly delts.
There is usually only one and most people use both the chest and delts. So it's one long ass set.
That would still be strange but I understand it and I would still say NO

Light deadlifts every day certainly keep your posterior chain oiled up and ready for full on deadlift sessions. Makes them a breeze.
