For clarity, obviously I'm not talking about physique competitors and true-natural bodybuilders, I'm talking about the muscle monsters both on the pro circuit and youtube

I saw a picture once with Big Ramy standing next to someone and dudes quads looked like one of those airbrushed caricature shirts you get at amusement parks.

Trying to correct and improve squat form to proper parallel:

Back Squats
225, 1x10
275, 1x8
315, 1x5
320, 1x3

Combined Hamstrings: Super Set Single Leg Standing and Lying curls:
90 & 120, 2x12
70 & 100, 1x10

Standing calf raise
220, 3x20

Front Squats
135, 1x10
155, 1x8
185, 1x5
205, 1x3

Single Leg Press
2 plates per side, 1 middle plate
3x12 each leg

Treadmill
7.5 incline, 7 speed, 1 run, 1 min rest x 3

Forget pictures. When you see a pro bodybuilder in real life or amateur who is juicing, you see a whole other level of muscle mass development.

Can you give a quick summary on how you are doing it?

big lift days (heavy compounds + accessories)- i only eat protein and fat (usually 3 meals) til i work out (i usually work out after work around 6pm), immediately after i work out i have a carb shake and a protein shake, then before bed i have dinner that still has protein and fat but is very carb heavy, slow digesting stuff (like 200+ grams of white rice or white pasta)

on lighter lift days (like just an arm work out or other accessory work)- i only eat the protein and fat 3 meals til i work out, immediately after i work out i have a carb shake and a protein shake, then before bed i have dinner that still has protein and fat and moderate carbs, slow digesting again (like 100-150ish grams)

on cardio days- i only eat the protein and fat (usually 3 meals) til i run, immediately after i run i have a protein shake but no carb shake, then before bed i have dinner that still has protein and fat and moderate amount grainy faster digesting type carbs (like 100 grams, brown rice type stuff)

on days w no activity i just have meals w protein and fat and sometime a protein shake to supplement everything

Me too shyt :manny: nfl linebacker is a good limit
and even for some people thats too much....

Mainly people under 5'10 who just come out looking stocky instead of proportionate....

Did farmers walks with a suitcase full of weights. WHY THE GODDAMN fukk IS AN 80lb SUITCASE HARDER TO CARRY THAN TWO 146lb DUMBBELLS!?? :damn:
