Cardio been my main focus lately. Always hated endurance activities but can't ignore how :flabbynsick: my cardiovasular health is anymore with my family's history :huhldup:. Been on that couch-to-5k program and Stronglifts for weights, but squat every other workout instead. Surprised how well this goes together :obama:

finna attempt DB row with 226lbs :whew: the DB is lookin like straight comedy with 35lb plates on it :heh:

EDIT: got 226 with lackluster form. Got 216 with perfect form.

I see people in the gym selling themselves short on dumbell rows. Guys bigger than me out there rowing 60's and shyt, I'm like :why:

I weight 165 lbs and row with 100's for high reps (10-15), so 226 for an experienced lifter that weights 220 seems about right to me.

The problem at that weight should be grip more than anything. If he's doing it without straps that is super impressive.

what kind of form though..ive seen more variations of "dumbbell rows" than interpretations of the bible :wow:

Thats true, form varies greatly although not as much as pull ups

Cant really explain my technique other than I pull to the hip at a bit of an angle. I try for a full range of motion but Im sure its not perfect
